defconfig: msm8916: enable bu21150 and multi-touch wrapper

Enable the driver for Rohm bu21150 touch AFE (Analog Front End)
and the wrapper driver for multi-touch input on msm8916 targets.
The two drivers are required to enable Host Based Touch
Processing.
