defconfig: 8916: disable jtag-mm save and restore support in perf 



Current configuration to save and restore debug and etm registers
is not applicable for ARMv8 targets which have a different
implementation for saving and restoring these registers. Hence
disable this configuration from perf configuration. Also this
configuration is enabled by default when CoreSight ETMV4 is enabled.
