Samsung S7 Edge SM-G935F : internal storage not visible with Android R 1.20 hero2lte

Hello, I update my smartphone with version e-1.20-r-20240221382013-stable-hero2lte proposed by the System. After operation, internal storage is no more accessible.

Note : SD Card was present in the device before operation. With some internet documentations about Android 11 and SD Card manipulations, now SD Card storage is available. Unfortunately, most of installed applications works but some of them not. Most critical one which doesn't work : App Lounge.

How to retrieve internal storage or App Lounge ?
