FP3 : missing instruction to reactivate USB debug mode

## The problem
After the bootloader unlock, the device restarts and you reactivate developper options and then :
USB default to file transfer
activate USB debugging
in the procedure the activation of USB debug is missing.
therefore the installation of /e/OS cannot start.
