Define the patches done on ya-webadb

For a good maintenance and in order to open the project in public. We need to know exactly what are the change done from ya-webadb.

Currently the /e/OS installer relies on an old version we would like to be able to easily update the dependency to upstream.

We have to fork the project then create the relevant commits and patches.

Once reviewed and done we will probably submit the change to upstream.
