* Build these images inline using prebuilts

* We were not actually building or shipping the bootimage yet, but only the recoveryimage
* Bootimage with AVB disabled was expected to be already flashed on device by the user.

* Unset BOARD_BUILD_SYSTEM_ROOT_IMAGE
* Import our fstab from stock
* Copy fstab to ramdisk out

This removes Network Traffic and Centered Clock options from Status Bar settings. These settings do not work as expected, as the notch obscures the components.
