ARM: dts: msm: Add CDSP rpmsg entry for trinket 



CDSPRM communicates with CDSP based on the rpmsg driver. The device
tree entry configures CDSPRM module of FastRPC based AQoS feature
and enables thermal mitigation for CDSP subsystem.
