ARM: dts: msm: rearrange PCIe interrupts for sdxprairie

Move global_int to the beginning of PCIe interrupt-map
because PCI framework expects PCIe legacy interrupts
to start at index 1. Update PCIe interrupt-map for
sdxprairie based on this requirement.
