ARM: dts: msm: Update the PMIC related DT configuration for QCS405

Change the below PMIC configurations for QCS405 
 1. enable SMB1351 only for SKU1
 2. MX  and LPI_CX resource-id
 3. APC CPR fused-voltage step-size to 8mV
 4. PON interrupt configuration
