ARM: dts: msm: restrict the lut access to 160 bytes

Display driver is not supposed to read the lut coefficients
while destination scaler is active. The coefficients can
only be read when destination scaler is off. Hence restrict
the lut access to 160 bytes instead of 2K bytes.
