ARM: dts: rearrange PCIe interrupts for sm8150

Move global_int to the beginning of PCIe interrupt-map
because PCI framework expects PCIe legacy interrupts
to start at index 1. Update PCIe interrupt-map for
sm8150 based on this requirement.
