ARM: dts: msm: Update the MHI configuration for Genoa 



The EE(excute environment) & BHIE definition are
different for HST & Genoa, so in order to make current
kernel also support Genoa, add the extra EE & BHIE offset
definiton in the dts for Genoa, and then the MHI driver
can parse them to get the correct ones to overwrite the
default values.
