ARM: dts: msm: Correct the HS PHY interrupt number on Trinket

There are two interrupts on Trinket that triggers on
HS PHY linestate changes, one by the Qscratch and
other by the HS PHY. Use the interrupt which is
sourced by PHY rather than the Qscratch so that it
can be triggered when core in in low power mode.
So, update the interrupt number accordingly.
