defconfig: sm8150: Enable QMI based thermal sensor driver

Enable QMI based thermal sensor driver, which can register the remote
sensors with thermal framework. This driver can help get temperature,
set thresholds and get threshold notification for QMI based sensors in
remote subsystem.
