ARM: dts: msm: Correct BT RFA voltage levels for trinket 



L17A LDO running at 1.23 V which is lower than
the nominal voltage(1.3 V) when a2dp streaming over
Bluetooth.

Hence correct BT RFA voltage levels for trinket
