ARM: dts: msm: Rename ipa_loaduc on sm8150

"qcom,ipa-loaduc" property in device tree file
is used to indicate the platform type
to modem on IPA driver init.

So, as per the use case of this, rename
"qcom,ipa-loaduc" to "qcom,ipa-platform-type-msm".
