soc: qcom: Fast-forward DFC and WDA drivers 



This brings the DFC and WDA drivers up to date with the 4.14 kernel as of
commit c4ac6998 ("soc: qmi: dfc: Fix use after free in dfc_svc_init")
and the associated RmNet driver changes neeced to support them.
