msm: ipa4: Update wdi2 channel scratch variable

Wlan use cases would break according to new wlan data interface
specification, Due to which DUT cannot share internet to any wifi
client or even cannot use internet via wifi.So, update wlan offload
channel's scratch structure in ipa driver, according to new
wlan data interface specification.
