ARM: dts: msm: Update glink nodes for sm8150

Update the GLINK device nodes to have the label and qcom,glink-label
properties to support SSR handling. Add the glink_ssr channel and the
required properties for modem, adsp, slpi, cdsp and slpi.

Rename the glink channels to the format qcom,channel-name.
