defconfig: msm: Disable CONFIG_BUILD_ARM64_APPENDED_DTB_IMAGE flag 



To support Boot image with header version v2, disable
CONFIG_BUILD_ARM64_APPENDED_DTB flag in defconfig and
perf_defconfig for SM6150.
