ARM: dts: msm: Add LMH-DCVSh configuration for sm6150

Add LMH-DCVSh hardware configuration like debug interrupt and cluster
affinity value for sm6150. Add the CPU to LMH-DCVSh hardware mapping,
along with the thermal algorithm configuration.
