ARM: dts: msm: Add EUD support for SM6150

The EUD (Embedded USB Debugger) is a mini-USB hub implemented
on chip to support the USB-based debug and trace capabilities.
Add eud phandle in extcon to support EUD on sm6150 based platforms.
