ARM: dtsi: add audio dt file for sa8155 auto platform

Add audio device tree file for SA8155 based
automotive platform which contains automotive
snd card and TDM device node overlay.
Add low latency pcm loopback and dtmf platform
driver device node in lpass audio dt file.
