ARM: dts: msm: Fix JEITA configuaration of qg alium battery

Currently, there exists a 1 degC gap between pre-defined JEITA
configuration of the qgauge 3450mAh alium battery, leading to
incorrect definitions of the JEITA thermal zone. Fix this.
