ARM: dts: msm: enable display in command mode on TRINKET 



Add support to enable display in command mode for below
platforms with TRINKET SoC:
1. Trinket IDP with External Audio codec.
2. Trinket IDP with External Audio Codec over USB type C.
3. Trinket IDP with Audio over USB type C.
