ARM: dts: msm: change HAB VMID to 3 for single LV GVM

LV GVM vmid is fixed on 3 for Gen3, so it needs to be changed from 2 to 3
for single LV GVM. Otherwise, it will cause HAB initialization failure if 
using sa8155-vm-lv.dtb.
