arm64: Enable branch predictor hardening for a range of Kryo CPUs

Currently, branch predictor hardening is enabled for all
variants and revisions of big Kryo 4XX CPUs. This means
that if a Kryo 4XX CPU is present, and its particular
variant and revision does not need branch predictor hardening,
then it will be enabled anyway, which may lead to unnecessary
performance penalties.

Instead, enable branch predictor hardening for the known range
of big Kryo 4XX cores that require it.
