coresight: tpdm: Add sysfs to control timestamp for each MCMB frame

Add sysfs to control timestamp for each MCMB frame, QDSS TPDM HW
adds a new feature to allow SW request timestamping every frame.
We need SW support from QTF tool side to incorporate the changes
to expose this capability to users.
