ARM: dts: msm: Move pm8150b and USB configuration

.dts is used for board specific changes whereas .dtsi is used for
soc specific changes. As there is already board having different
soc ID, move pm8150b and USB configuration from .dts to .dtsi
file. This helps to get required configuration on different
revision based boards with same soc ID.
