ARM: dts: msm: Expose conn_therm from ADC_TM for atoll

Expose conn_therm in place of nvm_therm from ADC_TM to thermal
framework, to follow thermal side recommendation. Expose
nvm_therm as ADC_TM_IIO device for temperature reads alone.
