ARM: dts: msm: Use sdmshrike regulators for SA8195P ADP STAR



SA8195P ADP STAR platform uses sa8195-pmic regulator and GPIO
definitions but the references to these nodes by various systems
have not been updated yet from sdmshrike regulator/gpio ones.
This is failing kernel compilation for sa8195p-adp-star platform.
Fix this by using sdmshrike regulators for SA8195P ADP STAR for
now until the LDO/gpio references are updated properly.
