msm: kgsl: Update expected GMU FW version for A618 GPU

GMU FW version v1.07 is released. This version has support
for A618 GPU chipID. Update the expected GMU firmware
version to v1.07 for A618 to make sure correct GMU firmware
is used for this GPU.
