Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Defer regulator disable for sdmmagpie GPU SMMU" 



This reverts commit 77465c82("ARM: dts: msm: Defer regulator disable
for sdmmagpie GPU SMMU"). This is needed to ensure GPU CX headswitch off
is not delayed by SMMU driver.
