ARM: dts: msm: update PMS405 PON configuration

Use PMS405 PON module to reset the system. Also store
the hardware reset reason to SOFT_RB_SPARE register of
the PMS405 PON peripheral.

While at it fix address/size cells configuration of
spmi_bus device node.
