drm/msm/sde: Update DMA 1D LUT IGC and GC programming

When user space passes 1D LUT IGC and GC data to driver, it uses
color channel 2 instead of color channel 0. Color algorithm manager
also packs the even & odd value of DMA GC LUT in register format.
This change Updates the driver code to accommodate this changes.
