platform: msm: Add snapshot of USB BAM driver

This change adds snapshot of USB BAM driver which allows USB BAM to
communicate with other peripherals' (e.g. QDSS or IPA) BAM.

This snapshot is taken as of commit 29e6452e14b6 ("net: rmnet_data:
Fix comments on code review"). This change also includes some
fixups for trivial checkpatch warnings.
