staging: ks7010: remove KSC_OPNOTSUPP related code



This commit reviews KSC_OPNOTSUPP related code. The
preprocessor KSC_OPNOTSUPP is defined by default so
related wext functions are not being used. Just clean
code removing all of this stuff.
