ARM: dts: msm: Correct battery profile for SM8150-SDX50M QRD device

SM8150-SDX50M QRD device uses Alium 3600mAh battery so correct the
battery profile to support the battery well. Meanwhile, enable step
charge for this device because the battery supports it.
