ARM: dts: msm: Add USB device tree changes for SA8155

Add device tree changes to enable dual role on secondary
controller and allow it to be in host mode by default. Allow
superspeed capability to primary controller. Also add device
tree flag 'qcom,host-poweroff-in-pm-suspend' to USB nodes to
allow system suspend in host mode irrespective of the
runtimePM state.
