ARM: dts: msm: Add temperature channels to charger node for sm6150

To enable SW Thermal regulation WA, SW needs to read the individual
ADC channels of thermal mitigation entities - die, connector and smb
temperature channels.

Add connector and die temp channels to pm6150 charger node.
