Thermal: Rename thermal_zone_device.cooling_devices



Rename thermal_zone_device.cooling_devices
to thermal_zone_device.thermal_instances

thermal_zone_device.cooling_devices is not accurate
as this is a list for thermal instances, rather than cooling devices.
