hwmon: (nct6775) Enable auxiliary fan monitoring on ASRock Z77 Pro4-M 



Auxiliary fan monitoring is not enabled on ASRock Z77 Pro4-M
with BIOS version 2.00 if booted in UEFI Ultra-FastBoot mode.
