Merge branch 'bpf-fix-verifier-min-max-handling-in-BPF_SUB'

Edward Cree says:

====================
bpf: fix verifier min/max handling in BPF_SUB

 it is along with a patch that fixes it, separated out from my 'rewrite
 everything' series so it can go to -stable.
