ARM: dts: msm: Update to CPE memory map V3 for sdxprairie LE-CPE V2



Update memory regions to CPE memory map V3 for sdxprairie LE-CPE V2.
Also ensure LE-CPE V2 stays inline with the latest CPE memory map.
