i2c: i2c-qcom-geni: Add support to make I2C bus timing parameters tunable

Add support in I2C driver to support non-standard frequencies or tune the
bus timing parameters. Clock frequency, t_high, t_low, t_div and t_cycle
parameters can be passed through dtsi to fine tune the i2c output clock
frequency.
