ARM: dts: msm: Enable CX Ipeak support for sdmmagpie

Enable CX Ipeak driver support for multimedia clients such as
Venus to handle peak current limit using common CX Ipeak driver.
Update the driver compatibility string for sm6150 as per the new
naming convention.
