ARM: dts: msm: remove regulator voting for ANoC TBU on trinket

Remove the regulator voting for ANoC TBU as it is not power collapsible.
Moreover the GCC_HLOS1_VOTE_TURING_MMU_TBU1_GDS is not defined on
trinket.
