ARM: dts: msm: update PCIe0 PHY setting to v1.02 for sdxprairie v2



Update PCIe0 PHY setting to version 1.02 based on hardware
recommendation for sdxprairie v2.

Also, enable Spread Spectrum Clocking (SSC) feature.
