wcnss: Reassign the correct control message id

With the change 'commit 82eccd0acd26 ("wcnss: update MAC address
generate logic from the serial number")', incorrect control
message id are assigned which result into wrong MAC address
assignment to WLAN Host Driver. To resove this issue
reassign the correct control message id.
