ARM: dts: apq: Update DT properties for DragonBoard

Update device tree properties for DragonBoard, to align
with the other platforms.
1. Add clocks used by secure touchscreen driver.
2. Update ibb_regulator definition.
3. Update output strength for BT and WLAN enable GPIOs.
